Dr. Moore is a Family Medicine Practitioner and national leader in improving healthcare delivery in primary care and medical office practices. He has been a faculty member of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in office practice redesign and a Clinical Associate Professor with the University of Rochester Departments of Family Medicine and Community and Preventive Medicine. Dr. Moore received his MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry.
