Mr. Staszak has been working with investment groups for early stage and mid-level companies for over a decade. After graduating from California State University, Chico in 1986 he began his career in general business accounting. He joined the firm of Willis and Walsh in Northern California and became a partner in 1994. He obtained a Master’s degree in taxation from Golden State University in 1993.

Mr. Staszak has served as the Executive Manager for the entire Wallis and Walsh taxation practice which includes individual and corporate entities. Mr. Staszak has extensive experience in managing business, sales and acquisitions. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
